Scheduling appointments and Promptness
Please call 952.842.0200 to reserve your appointment or use the form below to request an appointment. We strongly encourage you to schedule your next appointment in person before you leave the salon. We recommend that you arrive ten minutes early for any appointment to relax and enjoy a cup of AVEDA tea. Keep in mind that your appointment may have to be shortened or rescheduled as a courtesy to our next guest if you arrive late.

Cancellations & No shows
Our staff is in great demand, so please be respectful of their time by honoring your commitment to be here. If you must cancel or reschedule, please allow us 24 hours notice.

Repeated no shows, individuals booking out large amounts of time with multiple appointments, and large groups such as wedding parties are required to furnish the salon with their credit card number to secure the appointments. No shows or last minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged 100% of the service amount.

Children
For the relaxation of all our guests and safety for your small children please find care for them during your appointment time. If you must bring them, please be sure they are well supervised. Thank you.

Valuables
MAX cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. Please leave your valuables at home or keep them with you. We have small lockers in the spa, should you have multiple services and wish to lock up your things.

Bad checks
Future reservations must be reserved by credit card. A twenty-five dollar service fee will be added and turned over to collections.
